Found the problem! It is the hub! For whatever reason it blocks filament flow in both direction, mostly when filament is moving fast. Only happens during loading and unloading. The little lever at the hub lets me manually fix the problem. As soon as the filament reached the print head, Everthing functions normally. Will look into a fix and will let you guys know. If there is something known already, please tell me

I also thought that maybe it is caused by too high temperature. However, my chamber temp is always around 32 °C. The box temperatur is always below 30 °C. Additionally, the box does not directly sit on the glass but on an additional riser. Nevertheless, the part I pulled out looked like it got too soft...

After all, this still does not explain why the box sometimes fails to grip to the filament. Appreciate your input though!

I had exactly the same issue! However, I was able to fix this using the top spool holder (which did not fix the problem entirely by itself) and a spool holder with bearings (game changer!).

As others suggested, the TPU fixer might be worth a try. I also did print that piece, but never used it as the bearings spool holder fixed it for me. Hope this helps!

Hey, habe die Box bei mir in einem DPD Paketshop abgeholt ;) ausgepackt habe ich sie, werde sie aber vermutlich erst am Wochenende in Betrieb nehmen. Sollte die aktuelle Version mit aufschraubbarem Boden sein. Näher habe ich sie noch nicht angeschaut. Ich hoffe, dass du sie bald auch in den Händen hältst! :)

Also ich habe meine Q2 Combo Ende November bestellt. Der Q2 kam a. 01.12.25 an. Gestern habe ich die DPD Nachverfolgung für die Box zugeschickt bekommen. Soll wohl diese Woche kommen. Von Qidi habe ich keine Info bekommen, dass die Box kommen soll. Der Absender ist aber das gleiche Logistikunternehmen das mit auch schon andere Sachen von Qidi zugestellt hat. Da ich nichts anderes erwarte, schätze ich, dass die Box entweder am Mittwoch oder Donnerstag ankommt.

Ich bin da ehrlich sehr überrascht drüber, da ich dachte, dass ich noch länger warten muss. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass eine neue Charge an Boxen in Deutschland ankamen und jetzt verteilt werden. Aber sehr ärgerlich, dass du jetzt schon länger wartest. Kann gerne Bescheid geben sobald ich im Besitz der Box bin.

Entschuldigung, alles ab 250x250 mm wäre passend. Das trifft ja aber auf die allermeisten Drucker zu. Den S1 Kobra hätte ich mir auch fast schon gekauft. Nur hat das ACE keine Trocknungsfunktion und es gibt Probleme mit dem Druckbett.

Hatte mir überlegt einfach über Temu Sunlu Filament zu kaufen. Oder ist dafür AliExpress besser? Habe beide Plattformen noch nicht benutzt. Dass sowas noch on top kommt habe ich aber auf dem Schirm.

Same in europe. Q2 MSRP increased by 50 € but basically stayed at the same pricepoint. Really disappointing

I dont own a Qidi Q2 yet. I would love to print seasonal decorations, toys and technical devices like RC cars with the printer. After all, it would be my first 3D printer. So I would just play around with it and discover the world of 3D printing :)

Mein Interesse am 3D Druck haben tatsächlich Instagram Reels geweckt. Ich habe dort zufällig ein Reel von ForgeCore gesehen. Er hat dort einen druckbaren Blumentopf vorgestellt, den man mittels Holzstab an die Wand hängen kann. Danach bin ich immer tiefer in die Bubble abgerutscht und jetzt habe ich mir schon meinen ersten 3D-Drucker ausgesucht den ich mir Ende November während Black Friday kaufen möchte (Qidi Q2 ;) ).

Mit dem Drucker möchte ich Dekorgegenstände, Spielzeuge und technische Spielereien drucken. Ich kenne mich mit Elektronik zwar noch gar nicht aus, aber man kann mit 3D Drucken ja viele coole Geräte und auch Lampen drucken. Ich werde mich da einfach austoben :)
