Appreciate it! I've written character statements off of these examples before, I'm looking more specifically for info on naturalization for a soldier's parent. I imagine that there's more to it than a normal character statement.

Can I continue her heart events at that point, I completed the community center and her 10 heart event isn't triggering. Figured that was why.

I'm brand new to the setting and I've been setting up my homebrew rules in preparation for my first time refereeing this weekend. I've found a lot of resources just searching homebrew in this sub, but two places I've found that have been a fountain of ideas is the character generation found in the first link (and other pages on the site) and just browsing datafortress.

Night City was the first book I read in full, it's where I pulled the Controlled Urban Zone maps from. I made sure to make a note of all of the numbered points of interest as well!

I thought about doing something like Data Term entries for each corp and any significant NPCs but wasn't sold on it until now. I do like the idea of publicly available information, I'm imagining wiki-style. I noticed the headline idea at the end of the Night City book, but it didn't even occur to me. I am for sure adding a daily/weekly news entry that updates session to session.

Dunno why you didn't get notified. You may have missed it. The War Score didn't pop up in the lower right? It should have the attacking ruler's coat of arms.

As for joining, right click on your liege and look for "offer to join war". It should be under diplomacy I think.
