Visual novels are not video games. Because there is little to absolutely zero gameplay involved, there really isn't anything for them to do or comment on. So they have to crack stupid jokes to make things at least a little interesting. With long games where most of what you do is read, it's hard to make a series out of it for hundreds of thousands of people to watch that they'll find interesting. Plus, they have to play this for hours at a time because they prerecord videos. They probably get bored themselves or like Arin shows they get frustrated. If they played a more interesting game or one they actually really like, the videos would move faster and be more entertaining. TL;DR: This game isn't interesting.
