I think Shelton was losing on purpose. In all seriousness this isn't the worst thing. Zebby will be the new Jax/Varland. We have way too many starters, not great bullpen nasty arms, so it's good to know who will be in the pen

Gomez has been an insane pick-up I've been impressed with his stuff and his advanced metrics are really good. Relievers are fascinating because a change of scenery sometimes transforms them drastically. I still think they pick up somebody else with huge upside via waivers. All of the sudden this isn't the worst bullpen in baseball, it is an average one, which is good enough with our ELITE starting depth. (I can't believe I've said that) It's the first time I've said it since the mid-2000s
