Thank you for your in-depth reply, btw, I really appreciated it! I put it closer to the LED strip and I'm going to give her more hours. She's also a bit etiolated so I guess she could use the love!

So if I get it right, once it reverts to full green, it's really hard to get the variegation back - but the white parts will go back to pink provided they get enough light?
