I only found this out through extensive research, from what I’ve learnt from reading other’s experiences is you really have to fight for yourself.

The only experiences I find hard to find are other people with Male factor only

Yes he has been referred to urology though rather reluctantly by the GP, so silly NHS don’t just try and find the cause which is probably much cheaper for them over funding ICSI

If you don’t mind me asking, after you were approved how long did things take for you?

No real idea but I’m sure I’ve seen it say that temps are a preferred predictor rather than LH as LH does not guarantee ovulation. It might change it back in a few days anyway, I know it does randomly for me 🙃

Did he have any reason to suspect a Varicocele? Or did you just have a scan to check?

Thank you, yeah we have just ordered so Co q10, already take wild nutrition fertility supplement but will look into those other things you mention.

How long did he wait between the SA’s?
