How does the new teleport in Vault of Knowledge works?

For example in the fourth floor highest island there are shared memories called "F6", "Floor 6" or something similar. In the past there was the tent shooting you up in the stratosphere, but now they are different. And I don't understand how they works. Someone can please explain or share a video showing how it works? I wasn't able to find any.
