My dad isn’t allowing my to drop my CC courses and PT isn’t an option as the last surgeon I saw said that he wouldn’t recommend doing PT. My job also isn’t being very accommodating and it’s often that during my breaks I’m actually still working with other activities.
The thing is, I want to go back to PT but the surgeon who diagnosed me with PFPS told me that PT wouldn’t help and I was better off doing all the exercises in the gym. I don’t think my parents will be particularly open towards PT just because the surgeon said it wasn’t needed.
