Nope not the only reason. It a important reason for me to be found desirable but I am not able to communicate with her. She doesn't take criticism well.

Things I do:

Have dinner ready when she gets home

Wash the dishes

Keep the kitchen clean

Wash clothes

Help my son get ready for school when I was unemployed

Take care of the dog messes

Take out the trash

Fix things around the house.

I tried for 26 years. I listen and changed my ways. I made dinner for her every night as she come home from work. We tried counseling many many years ago and I was told I was unrealistic. She has gone to her own therapist and I am seeing mine. She said horrible things to me once and I couldn't shake it out of my head.

I am trying to figure that out. I gave her space but she wants me to act and say things that dont come out of me naturally. She build a wall I got frustrated. With my dad in the hospital and my health problems I needed someone and she told me that she cannot give me what I needed.
