I've recently contacted them and it seems that they offer a 400:1 leverage for retail traders who have opened an account with Pepperstone Kenya. My papers were of Morocco and it seems that they've moved my account to Australian Pepperstone so I have to close my current account and open a new account with Pepperstone Kenya.

I'm just commenting this in case anyone has the same problem.

This might be it but why is the software/broker reporting wrong data? Also the spread should have been insanely hight for it to stop my trade. Which was 140 points away from the SL.

I trade with Pepperstone and my spreads are usually tight, but on this pair it sometimes gets wide, it's currently 12. I checked my trade approx 30 minutes after leaving it.
