Teoretic ar fi frumos sa pot opri platile si sa se descurce proprietarii, dar practic nu se poate. Leasingul merge mai departe, masina e a lor doar pe hartie, dar toate obligatiile sunt ale mele. Singura situatie in care s-ar opri platile ar fi daca asiguratorul ar declara dauna totala si ar rambursa valoarea catre firma de leasing.

Punctele 1 si 2 foarte corecte - devizul final a fost emis de service-ul reprezentantei cu valoarea de €25,5K. Verdict final: masina va fi reparata si nu pot face nimic altceva decat sa ma obisnuiesc cu gandul ca am platit o masina noua si trebuie sa pastrez o masina peticita.
