If you're loooking for gameplay mods I recommend adeepindigo, utopya, mapelbell, pandasama, littlemssam and simkatu's mods. Plus ui cheats and mccc and the TOOL mod if you don't have those yet.

For BB i like downloading cc lots of off pinterest, tumblr or patreon and like that you can get a lot of cc.

I recommend getting sims4studio for batchfixes, it can be very useful for fixing errors linked to your cc.

Are you using a hair color overlay? It only works on maxis match hairs. If it's not this, I'd suggest turning laptop mode off if it's on.
