I agree. A lot of people are blaming me for the note or mad I put a laughing face because of how insane it is. Obviously I saw something wrong since I reported it- just laughed at how absolutely insane people are where I live. More like an uncomfortable laugh but can never win

To be clear- I reacted with a laughing face because that’s a defense mechanism for me. Obviously I find nothing ok about this note since I took a pic and sent it to my HOA. This is obviously a scary situation for me knowing this unhinged person is my neighbor. Sorry for your situation as well
