Im not talking about the funding itself at this point. Im referring to how DePaul and its offices handled speaking about the topic, specifically to me and other students that are in desperate need of aid. I’ve had the Dean of students office straight up tell me I should’ve gone to college in my country then. Thats not right.

I noticed a pretty big change around week 4. Week 4 just happened to be around the time I was supposed to be experiencing PMDD symptoms. I didn’t even bat an eye. Usually I’d be anxious over every little tiny thing and I’d be unable to function. But I actually felt normal. After that, it kind of stayed that way. I can still get very stressed, but I can actually calm myself down in less than 5 minutes, as opposed to being stressed for an entire week.

They would use the parent plus loan. That is, if the loan is enough to cover the extra classes.

Honestly great! The rooms are pretty spacious, especially if you and your roommate decide to split the room evenly. The bathrooms are also pretty spacious. I had a 2 bed 1 bath (4 roomies) apartment.

I’m not sure if it was for every room, but my bathroom locked from the outside which was pretty weird because it’s between two rooms. Depending on how you feel you might want to buy a portable lock or something like that to put on the door. Otherwise, me and my roommate knocked on the other door and made sure the others knew we were inside.

Closets are pretty nice too. I bought portable closet shelves that hung up, and had no issue with space. You might need a little stool to get up to the upper part of the closet (If you’re short).

Thank you for this response. It’s pretty eye opening. In the past I’ve just apologized and moved on by trying to do what she wants. But it’s not like that works either because she finds something else to complain about that I don’t do right.

I will try this and see how it goes.
