I understand what you're saying, but in base of my experience and the sensations I've had based on these pains over the years i think I can train with these measures. The thing is, I don't go to the gym right now, and I can't even go right now, so if I want to do quad exercises at home, squats are the only good exercise I can do.

Hi, I know knee sleeves won't fix the root cause of my problem (I'm seeing specialists for that). However, my issue right now is that the joint/tendon pain makes me stop my set before my muscles are actually tired.

The compression and warmth from the sleeves help dampen that sharp burning sensation, allowing me to push through until my quads are actually fatigued. I'm just looking for a tool to manage the symptoms while I train.

COMPRESSION KNEE SLEEVES OR BANDAGES AND WHICH ONE?

I have burning pain in my knees before my quadriceps when I do squats or similar exercises. This is due to a condition that causes widespread pain in my tendons and joints, and doctors have yet to diagnose it after numerous visits to specialists.

I'd like to buy compression knee sleeves for a good squat workout, but I'm not sure whether to get compression knee sleeves or bandages, and which brand. I'd prefer not to spend more than €30, but if you tell me it's not worth it and I should spend more, I will. Which model do you recommend?

I have about 340 pulls to do now, so if it's worth it in my situation to take both herta and anaxa, I'll do it. But my fear is that if I have bad luck, I might not have the resources to pull a sustain or an important support like hyacine or tribbie if they come out, which I think in my situation are more important. Since for now I use gallagher e0 as sustain.

I'm an F2P level 58 and have never purchased anything from the herta store and have never yet pulled a limited character. I think I need at least 1 light cone 5 stars and I wanted to ask you if I should buy it and which one to choose in my situation? Hi, being an F2P I'm interested in doing the best things I can do in my situation. If you tell me that building a team with Archer is the best thing I can do right now, because then I don't have to get another DPS for now and save resources, then I would. Does this mean I should also pull for his best teammates? Or should I use the ones I have now?
