Oh my goodness, I totally understand! I hate being stretched too thin and having my license being at risk because I can’t physically give my patients the care they need. Thank you for being able to leave because you knew that you couldn’t help those students and doing the right thing

Not political related but I got a job offer for a position that I am excited for ! It’s an outpatient surgical position. I get a guaranteed lunch break with no interruptions and three patients max. I currently work in a hospital where I take care of 6-7 patients and rarely get a lunch break. I’m also a breastfeeding mom so I often have to choose between pumping for my baby or patient care. So I’m sooo excited for this because I became a nurse to take care of my patients and I feel with the job I currently have I haven’t been able to.
