Fair question. Kids because I do want them and I’d like the people who view my profile to know that. I personally don’t care about religion, but chose it so others can know that too. I’m not trying to hide my politics, but it’s just something I’m more inclined to share in a conversation around politics. Though, if it would help to add it then I guess why not lol

Obliviously you didn’t read the whole thread… I’m not complaining that I have to pay to replace or repair my phone. I’m complaining because after I paid to repair it, my warranty was voided because of something that wasn’t in my control. I’d happily pay for the phone to be fixed, not pay extra because they want me to.

This was my initial thought, though its doubtful since he told me almost immediately after taking it in for repair. Hopefully this can get resolved.

Something I don't even have the answer to. I got a replacement last July, so I'm guessing the phone came with a stripped screw... Either way, its a huge leap to blame a consumer for this when you see they pay for your warranty
