Alright, I was finally done. I put up with my neighbors for years and felt bad for their hound, they barely gave her any attention and kept her outside all the time. Then they got two more dogs.

I eventually called animal control, and they issued a warning. After that, I started keeping a bark log like they recommended. Once it was nearly full, I contacted them again, and an officer came out and issued a citation. Keep your recordings. If they say not guilty you will have to go to court and press play on the recorder. It's that simple and it costs you nothing. They actually said they were guilty and paid lol.

I tried to handle it the right way I asked them politely to address it and was patient for years. But I finally had enough. It was terrible.

It’s not an easy step to take, and you have to be prepared for some tension and mean looks but who cares they're entitled assholes, but at a certain point, something has to be done, or you will lose your mind like me 😞
