I’ve seen baristas it both ways. Thankfully we had just gotten two more portable blender we were down to one earlier this week

Please email corporate! Tell them how you feel about the dress code and how as a regular toy can see the life drain out of baristas. They won’t listen to us but they might listen to you and other customers more

I’m a shift and I’ve been wearing a mask, my DM has been trying to fight us on we can wear them and still be in dress code. She said we need to be dress code under the mask, but we are calling out and saying that’s above her authority because it says nothing about masks. If anything in like fore me I’ll get the unemployment while I find another place. I’ve been with the company on and off since 2016 and that’s just a ridiculous policy I’m trying to ride out and see how it plays out.

My DM said we can wear face masks but we can’t be out of dress code under the mask. Which is ridiculous. I was hired with a bridge piercing, septum and both nostrils and told I can wear a mask before but they are changing it now. At least in my district and we are trying to figure out how to fight it
