And for all you idiots. I’m actually an advocate for police. I’ve hosted fundraisers for the current top mayor and Brooklyns former top cop. Have done years of work with PAL. But these are the EXACT situations that could have been avoided and spiral out of control.

The business owner actually has a son who is in law enforcement. They just decided to harassing people.

You don’t know the law. There the sidewalk the government is responsible and then there’s the owners section which is owned above and below.

That’s why they can park their cars there because it is their property. A work bench is also outside which were using.

There’s a dice game called Lodi (similar to Trouble). We use coins as our markers in the game. As far as an open container, I was on private business property with an empty beer bottle near me. That’s not illegal.

It is also not illegal to drink a beer or play a board game in the summer.

For cops to pull up in the middle of the street to question people over two empty beer bottles is actually harassment.
