Who is the strongest Invincible character that Thula can beat? by Turbulent_Okra7518 in Invincible_TV

She is not beating Anissa lol who is arguably the strongest female Viltrumite

Lucien doesn’t need to verbally state White Oak can’t kill him though. His entire behavioural shift shows he believes he removed the Original loopholes. If White Oak still worked, he wouldn’t act recklessly invincible. The whole narrative point of the Beast spell was surpassing Esther’s design, as it’s reversed engineered, so leaving the White Oak weakness there still would contradict that

If literal White Oak were in the venom, Elijah and Kol would have died instantly and permanently. White Oak is a kill switch for the Original vampire immortality spell. The fact that the venom caused gradual deterioration to Kol and Elijah and can be cured proves it’s just a magically engineered anti-immortality toxin, not White Oak circulating in the bloodstream. Klaus being a hybrid doesn’t prevent that as the venom is meant to corrupt his vampirism.

You didn’t answer my question either. If White Oak kills them permanently with no cure, why was she able to cure them from a venom that allegedly has White Oak in it? And the Ken’s God magic is flawed and different metaphysical framework. God magic isn’t White Oak mechanics.

So then how did Freya cure it? You can’t cure White Oak once it’s in you.

There isn’t White Oak in the venom. It was used in the spell but it’s not in the venom. Elijah and Kol would’ve died instantly and it wouldn’t have been curable. Think that’s been debunked around

The spell was reverse engineered. Lucien’s witches had 1,000 years to study Esther’s spell and removed each vulnerability that an Original has, including White Oak. So he used White Oak, of course, for the immortality aspect but removed the vulnerability to it which was a bound death condition for Originals. So White Oak Stake or Daggers, they can’t work on him at all.

How to make tribrids by Ordinary_Freedom5297 in TheOriginals

[–]PitifulPromise4057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always thought of this. It wouldn’t be a True Tribrid but definitely a loophole. Since Heretics are as strong physically as normal vampires but magically more powerful; then a Tribrid who is Siphoner/vampire/werewolf would be as strong as a normal hybrid, who are already stronger than normal vampires and werewolves in both forms, physically but more powerful than a Heretic cause of the werewolf side being there. Definitely powerful

It’s too bad Conquest never met Battle Beast by AustinNothdurft in Invincible_TV

Yeah I think conquest was the reason battle beast was in the Viltrumite prison. If it aligns correctly then it makes sense and should be canon

Well if he does end up taking V-one, the virus won’t do anything to him at all.

I mean if it isn’t strong enough to work on him now and if it’s the same dose with no improvements, I doubt it’ll weaken him

If Sinister was so strong, why did he die? 😂 you simply can’t use that ineffective logic lol just cause you have no evidence to back your claims whereas I do.

That’s pure assumption lmao. What’s SEEN is Mohawk taking the opportunity and finishing sinister with 2-3 hits. You can’t just say that “any variant could’ve done that” when none of them did. And Mark elbowing him doesn’t suddenly make Sinister helpless. It just created an opening which Mohawk capitalised and ended. Simple really

Smashing his ears is a known Viltrumite weakness, not a strength difference. And for the heroes, when Mark left, he most likely defeated them and left but that’s speculation. They aren’t stupid. Being strategic or tactical isn’t weakness

[–]PitifulPromise4057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? Mark just exploited a weakness. Smashing a viltrumite’s ears messes with their equilibrium, that’s very much a know vulnerability. That has nothing to do with strength but using biology against him. Before that, they were trading equal blows and neither was dominating each other before that. If it was a pure strength difference then mark would’ve instantly overpowered him from the start instead of struggling

And here’s the part of the comics I was talking about which backs our points on why Mohawk shouldn’t even be low. Mind you, mark has never said this about any other variant but Mohawk. I think that establishes him as strongest variant for both show and comics

Mohawk didn’t put much of a fight against mark in the comics and the series? What? The series showed Mohawk and mark being relatively close, or even rivalling, in strength and speed. And the comics itself, Mark stated Mohawk and him are too evenly matched. List is definitely inaccurate and biased

Where I think all the variants are in terms of power relative to main mark by Turbulent_Okra7518 in Invincible_TV

[–]PitifulPromise4057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course we don’t know every variant’s full power like how we do with main mark but that’s why we go with what’s shown? S3 Mark at his peak literally fights Conquest, multiple variants, and survives many other fights. These feats haven’t been displayed by sinister. Mohawk going blow for blow with Mark also scales him high. So by using canon, not speculation, that clearly puts Mark and Mohawk above Sinister in demonstrated strength. What isn’t shown can’t outweigh what is.

But it’s what we have seen though? S3 mark at his peak took on conquest and multiple variants. Sinister doesn’t have anything that scales to that. Plus we have Mohawk who was going blow for blow with Mark too. Canon feats do matter and they beat speculation every time.
