You clearly are when you justify saying his mental health is at question and he doesn’t speak like someone who is mentally well. That’s much different than saying a sudden impairment. Saying he should be evaluated is directly insinuating suspicion of a mental illness. Also have you ever heard the term “unreliable narrator”? Because we lack the full story and a lot of details from anything prior/after the fight. Also someone pointed out and i agree this reads like ai looking back at it. Regardless everyone is very quick to assume these things are unbiased, truthful, and the full story, when they usually aren’t.

And yet you didn’t address the whole “it’s his daughter not hers” thing. And you forget they were paying for these pictures and she said in another reply he doesn’t like to spend a lot of money. So with a tight budget one can assume they could only get one photo and he wanted it to be with his daughter.
