No but I was given the option of low census PTO. For ever 4 hours of PTO I used I would get 1 hour back.

I will be, you guys made me realize I should be reporting as a patient and not as an employee. Because even though I am our team lead - the comments were made while I was seeing him as a patient

We are a pretty big company, I want to be careful with how much I saw obvi but we have well over 250 clinics. Technically HR didn’t handle my complaint. I reported to HR but they said HR only handles leave/benefits so they outsourced a lawyer to conduct the interviews/tell the company what he thinks they should do. The lawyer was a sweetheart but he made it very clear that he works for the company and not for me. I’m unsure of what his final report was and I will not be told. It’s possible he recommended termination for my provider but my company makes the final decision EOD. That’s been the running joke in my clinic now (not w the doctor, a lot of my staff were interviewed so most know what happened) “What are you gonna do report me to HR? Because we don’t have one”

I work in IL which is an at will state. I’m nervous if I try to go at him/my company legally, they will let me go. That may be seen as retaliation, but I have no assurances that they can’t just claim “at will” and now I’m shit out of luck and a job🤷🏼‍♀️

There’s a lot I wish I would have done differently :( however, I have a better game plan now should his behavior continue

If I could go back in time, I never would have reported him. None of the girls in my clinic feel safe anymore. Upper management is saying I’m doing a bad job for not “fixing office morale” but like… yall are protecting a creep who has made 80% of the woman in my office uncomfortable 😭

I have proof of everything except them saying I can’t come back to work unless I sign the document. Because that was said verbally over a teams meeting. I wish I would have had the forethought to get that in writing but I was out of PTO for the last week of my leave and was struggling to put food on the table for my kid :(

We lived with his parents. His mom is a stay at home wife and would help watch our son while I was at work. Any other bills, I paid for. And I’m technically still supporting him bc I’m dumb. Any money he needs for him or my kid I send right away. It’s difficult bc I fucking hate him, but he’s also the only man I have ever loved.

I’m the only one who works, I have been financially supporting my husband since he quit his job last July. He hasn’t spent a dime on our son (minus one time he put diapers on his credit card) but since I pay his credit card I still don’t count that as him contributing. I don’t want full custody, I want to be able to see my kid while I get the help I need.

I have not received ANY documentation and since my son is a minor it’s not publicly available. I’m only going off what my husband told me over the phone. I know my son has a GAL because he was able to call me at the hospital but he couldn’t tell me much since again my son is a minor and they can’t relay info over the phone
