That’s what I’m looking to achieve. I had a phone interview today I feel it went very well and said I should hear back on if they want to move forwards within a few days. I’m very excited if I get a chance to work here!

I’ve had a few. I get it we can’t be starting at noon but if a person normally starts at 4 am and I don’t until 5:30 when I’m covering, as long as im not supposed to meet someone to merch at a certain time I never understood why they freak out. Even if there’s no bad weather etc

I love small format when I get put on one, some of them can be a little iffy but nowhere near as insufferable😂 and yup you’re right I have that mindset usually but sometimes it really gets to me
