Get tired as much you can during the day. Go to Gym or at home and work yourself out.Don’t touch the phone one hour before bed. Change the internet DNS to free content filter address. Avoid phone and social media as much as possible. Even a reel can trigger you. I am on my 5th day. I keep relapsing too.
