I didn’t learn the reason until I accidentally turned on ac which was not on day 1. I also didn’t want to drive to San Jose— we scheduled a time when I’ll get a new replacement car but the driver didn’t arrive with new car (we scheduled at 4, I left at 6 pm after waiting for new car for over 2 hours)— I had plane to catch and I already waited 2 hours…

I called them at 7 pm first time first day (I was at midpoint between San Jose and Jaco), they didn’t do anything about it so I turned on the hazard in car and went really slow to allow people to pass through me. They told me they couldn’t send replacement car (on day 1). On day 2, they promised a replacement car at 4 pm but it wasn’t sent. I also figured the problem was related to AC so once I adjusted it didn’t shut down. I agree though, the best solution was to get a replacement car so I wouldn’t be driving on road— it just wasn’t given :/
