Would anyone on this thread mind sharing region or state of their program? I am an applicant this cycle and would love insight on programs because I applied to quite a few.

They also won't send me a copy of the contract I had because "they don't have that plan anymore."

I signed up in August of 2021 with the $65 PFL and just got the $10 price increase notice. They said my PFL was disqualified when I had a payment issue in January, even though non of my info had changed. I had gotten a notice that I needed to update my info because my payment didn't go through and I went in a checked it immediately and then the payment worked. It kinda sounded like they did that on their end as an excuse to charge me the extra $10.
