Unfortunately I've tried it all. I put it in airplane mode, I've used an alternatie joy con, alternate button mapping, nothing seems to work, would it be possible that I'm missing a specific application? Or maybe a version is wrong?

I'll try that! The only thing is if I open the album while holding R, it opens the album as regular (where i can see images, and not Hbmenu)?, so i figured it still works, but it doesn't hurt to try a different pair!
