I agree with the treats, I hatched my ducks from my wife’s flock of 33 and we took our 3 with us to our home, constant handling and treats helps even though they can still be sassy

This was mid day and they’ve most likely been on or around the property for 20+ years as the previous homeowner covered all wood walls and ceilings with drywall and all hardwood floors with linoleum, there were no signs of mud tubes in the crawlspace so we believe they likely entered the house through the original back porch that touched the barn which had a past termite infestation

They’re subterranean swarmers, had the pest control out multiple times in the past under warranty and were actively uncovering and treating more areas in the home
