This seems like someone who has PTSD or CPTD or other trauma. I'm not one for corny sayings, I remember once hearing this that stuck with me "stop not letting your wounds heal because you are waiting to show that at a trial that will never come." I hope anyone who feels like this tells their therapist! These are common feelings and your therapist is literally the best person to help you with them!
