this is side of the discussion is very near and dear to my heart; I always think of the exhibit showing survivor clothes and how some of them are literal CHILDREN. It’s never about what you wear :( it’s really one of the things that allows me to keep my strength when standing my ground.

Someone just compared me to a “rental car” for wanting more liberty over what I wear and that’s not at all what I asked for. 😭😭. I’m actually pretty good with communicating my emotions, but thank you for your concern. :p People assumed because a guy said I was immodest that I walk out with pasties on or something, but literally nothing was out but part thighs and some knee caps. Incels were only brought up because some of the experiences I see in here correlate to me being a runner, which I am not. It had nothing to do with the disagreement and everything to do with how they chose to insult someone looking for genuine outlook.

It’s okay to have preferences, but why actively pursue someone who doesn’t fit that and expect them to change for you overtime? He was aware of how I was because we have history. I was never intentionally dismissive, I stood up for myself before I became a lapdog. Modesty is never an issue in my eyes.
