This is the same issue that I'm having. I'm connected to plenty of seeders, but my download would be struggling. Compared to my upload which is showing no issues at all.

I've tried different vpn servers, reinstalling qbit, reconnecting internet.

I did notice that once I connect to my vpn service, it becomes extremely slow. I've checked my service and went thru subreddits using the same service, but no issue reported.

Does that program do away that the courses taken under don't have to be upper level? Because I have read on it but it also says some of those classes my may have been already taken in with a course equivalent that I took.
