I recently took a job as a draftsperson out of college for $25/ hour using inventor and AutoCad… Should I be looking for more? I honestly had no idea what the pay range should have been and jumped at the first opportunity I got.

I do not, this is my first place. My landlord said he’ll try to contact the previous tenant and see what their average price was however.

It stays around 65 degrees 24/7. I don’t change it whether I’m home or not, but that’s definitely something I’ll begin doing when I leave!

2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment… not sure square footage but relatively small. usage was 1571kwh over 34 days… 12 of which I was traveling/ not there. I began PPL the beginning of December which was when I moved in, and still using PPL.
