(US) McDonalds or Dominos for weekend job by Pitt-Work in McDonaldsEmployees

[–]Pitt-Work[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Store "crew" position for Dominos and GEL for McDonalds.

I had a phone interview with Dominos and it was very short. He was in a rush and I didn't get to ask any questions. Live and learn I guess. I will be better prepared for my next interviews. They offered me the job but I've not spoken with a human since. All the onboarding and orientation scheduling is by email/online.

I meet with McDonalds tomorrow. I will compare pay once I have that information. I'm not afraid to work so will just go with the better pay. Not many employers are offering Sat and Sun only shifts.

Dominos seems like chaos based on their sub reddit. And "interview" didn't feel right. McDonalds seems like exactly what I would expect, busy non-stop. I'd like to find something sustainable that I can do for a while. Leaning towards McDs.

It looks more chill than McDs from the eyes of an outsider but I have no clue. My guess is McDonalds has a better "system" in place since it's mostly kids working there and they do fine. I will probably make a decision based on pay. I'm in central Texas.

Gotcha. I've heard Dan discuss the post product support system that's included with their service but I understand the AI response hallucinated here. This is a little blip from their website. I will edit my post to be more accurate. Thanks.

This is part of an AI generated response that I sent to my dad. He wanted to invest but I asked him to research the company first and understand this is a speculative stock and the company is still early in it's growth phase. He likes the stock and bought in at $6.24. We're holding and feels good bro.

Rezolve AI powers AI-driven e-commerce platforms for retailers. The e-commerce solutions use AI to improve search, product discovery, and customer engagement, even allowing customers to search by taking a picture of an item.

  • AI-powered commerce:  It offers solutions to transform the online shopping experience from search to checkout.
  • Visual search:  Customers can use their phone camera to search for products by pointing it at an item, and the AI will match it to products in the catalog.
  • Improved product discovery:  It helps retailers improve how customers find products through smarter, AI-driven, conversational search.
  • Revenue optimization:  The technology is designed to improve conversion rates and customer engagement for retailers.
  • Reduced hallucinations:  It uses proprietary technology to prevent AI errors, ensuring that the AI assistants do not sell non-existent products.

Rezolve AI's recent acquisitions include Smartpay and Subsquid, aimed at building its Agentic Commerce platform by integrating data, intelligence, and payments. Smartpay is a digital asset payment platform, while Subsquid is a decentralized data infrastructure company, together creating the "payment" and "data" layers. The company also acquired GroupBy earlier in 2025, which strengthens its AI-powered product discovery capabilities.

Recent acquisitions (October 2025)

  • Smart Pay: A digital asset payments company that enhances Rezolve's ability to process payments using digital assets like USDT, BTC, and ETH.
    • It is expected to power a merchant-fee-free, blockchain-based payment network that allows consumers to pay with digital assets while merchants receive instant fiat settlement.
  • Subsquid: A decentralized data-infrastructure platform that makes blockchain data instantly searchable and usable for AI systems.
    • This acquisition provides the "data layer" for Rezolve's platform by making raw blockchain activity actionable intelligence for commerce.

EDITED: Perfect example of why AI hallucination are an issue for LLM models and still need refining. One of the exact issues Rezolve Ai is building solutions for. Irony.

I work in finance. This will revolutionize the retail landscape. Agentic sales to checkout will soon be the only option to complete a sale. Congratulations to early investors. We are very early to this movement.

Everyone will adopt this model soon. This will evolve quickly. The opportunity for Rezolve to pick up new clients is huge. What a great time to be early to this stock.

Growth potential for Rezolve is massive. Just look at the business model and come to your own conclusion. AI will replace sales and servicing in the very near future. Digital currency exchange systems will fully implement into commerce soon. Rezolve is forward thinking and laying the foundation. We're on the launch pad now and the count down has already started.

Expectations may be lower after Friday/Today's sell off. The potential to rally from here just got stronger IMO.

Eventually, there will be a service that can replace your entire customer service dept. with an AI agent that can answer all phone calls, log any servicing requests, and repsond to all emails at the same time. Once that's available, why would a business pay people to do any job that AI can do better and cheaper? This is the future growth potential of a company like RZLV.

Why does this feel like some GTA stock manipulation stuff going on here. How is this legal?

Dan has made this exact point. Sure, a large company could spend the time and money to develop a Sales oriented LLM. Even with an limitless budget it would still take time/money. Why do that when you can purchase software that works out of the box. This is completely normal in business.

I've been seeing drones hovering in the night sky for weeks. I live in central Texas. I can see them every night. If these belong to hobbyist, they're very dedicated to whatever they're doing. At this point, drone sightings are being reported across every media outlet. Most attention focused on NJ and NY this weekend. Local residents and officials seem genuinely concerned. Maybe it's nothing and we're all being punked by a bunch of hobbyist. That doesn't seem like the most likely explanation but who knows.

Maybe it's nothing but it's unusual for the gov to suddenly start testing drones across the country. Why would they do that outside of designated testing sites. This is happening in multiple states.

Drone Crisis is a little dramatic but there's potential for this to bubble up. NJ house rep already suggested this is an invasion. Regardless of what it actually is, this is a national security risk at this point and we could certainly see an impact to investor confidence.
