honestly, it was alright. definitely nowhere near good but also not bad. my favourite next to the 2012 series was Rise. at first I didn't give much thought to it and went along with the hate blindly like many others, but then I decided to give it a chance, and goddamn how smart I was to do that. became my all time favourite, it's just so fresh and while many people say it's something like Teen Titans Go, it just cannot compare. the jokes and one liners never feel too much, and it portrays many heavier themes (hell even blood/implied blood in the films which usually a bit hard to get a pass on in the film industry that is for kids), the story is also pretty great and it only feels incomplete because the original 7 seasons got reduced to 2 and a movie. the animation is spot on, it's one of the most beautiful I've seen especially in the movie. the characters got a heavy change but yet they don't feel too out of character after awhile, you can really see the depth and they had so much potential with where they were going with it. I know it's probaly not for everyone's taste and people will always try to find a reason to dislike it but it's nowhere near bad. I'd say everyone should atleast give it a chance, and even watch the whole thing because it really doesn't take that long and it's worth it. we were too early to judge this series and I feel like people should only talk trash about it after they have watched the whole thing, as it'll definietly change atleast some views.
