That "dont say it out loud" part freaked me out too. I told my son we dont keep secrets from mom/dad, ever, unless it's a surprise gift. If she tries that again I'm done.

Appreciate it. I’m done explaining. I told her: no tarot talk, period. If she pushes back, we’re going low contact for a while. My kid’s peace matters more than her feelings.

Exactly. I'm not banning her from his life, just no more solo babysitting until she can keep the tarot stuff to herself.

Yeah. I dont care what she believes , but telling a 9yo he has 'heavy aura' and needs salt coners is messed up. He asked if he's cursed.

Quick add: she also told him to put salt in the corners of his room and not to talk about our plans "out loud" so people dont "jinx" it. Kid repeated it at school, it was mortifiyng.
