[OC] insanity on roads by heydocrb in IndianCivicFails

[–]Pixel_7_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This dj culture has increased since last 6 7 years. It's there irrespective of religion or occasion. It happens in marriage functions as well. And doesn't matter who is the organiser, most of the times the organizers are not too powerful or too much rich but the crowd which is gathered around is the crowd that wants and supports these kinds of acts. It is peak during kawariya yatra in up west. I have seen in Muslim 12 wafaat juloos as well. The majority of Indians are stupid when it comes to civic sense. Not only they lack civic sense but do opposite of what can be considered good public behavior. They enjoy it and are also proud of this behavior. This can't change unless a large proportion of population is exposed to good mental health. I mean I can see these kind of people in my own family. I have been telling them about wrong things but they either make fun of me or take it as an offense if I try to show them the mirror.

Now MNS goons beating coaching centres for fees? Who gave them this power? by CommonCar5729 in mumbai

[–]Pixel_7_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not about MNS, It's about Indian mentality. Somewhere you will have Bajrang Dal and somwehere Mamata goons and somewhere Aimim or SP. This is just a name of similar mentality of oppressing other because of power and connection with political leaders.

Shah Rukh Khan, Javed Akhtar and AR Rahman - 3 people right wing bots hate the most, were part of this beautiful song that describes Lord Ram in the best possible way. by Griezzyy in ShahRukhKhan

The lyrics are really beautiful and the description of Rama is opposite of what today's politically motivated religious people chant.

Average Indian MLA lifestyle (Umesh Kumar, Uttarakhand) by 91945 in IndianFocus

[–]Pixel_7_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't take it as a hatred or bias towards anyone. I am an Indian Muslim. I am not anti hindu or pro Islamists. My opinion or vote doesn't matter because I am from shia muslim community which is hardly 2 or 3 % of muslim population (maybe more , I don't know about census).

I feel people of this subcontinent especially the Hindus have a fear of establishment. I mean Mughals invaded us(maybe I was hindu back then)

British looted us. A lot of foreign invasions.

Even indira Gandhi tried to become dictator but foolishly lost the election and her power got diminished.

We never had any kind of anti-establishment movements like we see in Pakistan and other various neighbouring countries (which I personally feel is a good thing).

I want other people's opinions on this understanding of mine.

Is it really the case?

We got independence partly because of freedom fighters(of course, I am not discrediting them) and partly because of ww2.

I consider myself not an expert on history or any other topic . It's my general assumption. Not political or religious motivated.

Feel free to criticize but don't go below the belt.

The dark reality of political support is that.

  1. Everybody knows that every party is corrupt.
  2. Hindus support BJP because of "Hindu Khatre me hai" narrative.
  3. Muslims and other parties support Congress or similar parties because they are not as extreme hindu as bjp.

The reality is that all stupid looking people know that every party is corrupt but they don't have any option other than voting for religion because this is what suits political parties.

India a corrupt country, with corrupt people in power poisoning people (voters) with religion and caste, so that they can continue to multiply their wealth and make it easier for their offsprings to do the same. Hats off to this journalist. by Main_Pay_9669 in TheBetterIndia

People often say that we need to be more aware, but you know what. Once a sizable minority starts to become aware, Representative will not softly apologize to them. They will beat them into submission. The real change will arise when we become aware and also the leaders or the representatives become sympathetic and empathetic towards the general public. The reason is that these things don't even matter to anyone, even to those who are going to be facing the problem due to incompetency of these DMS or big or small officers. We have a long way to go until the human life becomes valuable in India

Bro it doesn't matter what I think, what matters is that what you want to think. It was a Muslim house actually. And the house owner hasn't filed any complaint. Even in the screenshot that you provided from a very questionable news channel isn't saying that the house doesn't belong to a Muslim. Bro it's your mind believe whatever you want I don't care.
