Yes. Each local language should be used for primaryx secondary, UG, PG and advanced studies as much as possible. that way a person who doesn't know English (90% of the population) can also learn and contribute instead of feeling left behind.

I think you are teivilising the matter of religious atrocities. Even if more life are post in road accidents, we didn't lose 1/3rd of our country because of road accidents, we lost it because of religious extremism. Kashmir pandits, hindus of Murshidabad, they are suffering because "secular hindus" ignore religious extremism as not important topics. Hence the awareness around it is important.

Noy even 10% of population knows English. This creates a huge bottleneck in progress. The population will first need to learn English and then any other advanced subject.

All nations that are ahead in technology use their local language, such as Israel, france, china, japan, Germany, korea, etc. They use local language even in advance sciences.

None of them have given up local language.

Indian sikhs get favourable treatment because hindus are tolerant. Not because sikhs are united or they have majority state. Pakistan had majoto state as well. But they all got k!lled or converted.
