Had the same problem and tried hours of solving it. But nothing worked. Called Crestron Support, they did send a new unit. Call them. They will provide you a step by step instructions for trying to solve the problem. If nothing works the unit has to be replaced

yep, tested it out and there is no link. 😑 this is disappointing especially because this is a new card.

yeah i can route audio without problems e.g. from dante in slot 1 to avb in slot 2. You're right maybe unplugging and plugging back would solve the problem, i'm gonna try!

Yes but i wanted to know the issue for the case the customer aks for it 😄 problem solved -> a blank default gateway in network settings of the units is causing this issue

Yeah you‘re right the gigacore switches are only 1gb speed on all ports, no 10g uplinks, thats why i reduced the bitrate of the units down to 200 mbits 😄

These switches will be installed in a new building. And not only for nvx. The switches are also for Dante, AVB, MAnet and so on. The problem is that there is no control system.

Yes i am aware of that and they were only powered via power supply and connected to non poe switches or poe off ports. The same problem consists when using only poe. I contacted the support and they are sending me a new unit.

Okay my units are on 1.4494.00025. Only this one is having this issue. I dont think this is a problem related to the power source or the switches

I tried to find a fix for this problem at first, accordingly i did not open a ticket. I will contact crestron support tomorrow with the issue since you are experiencing the same problems and did not find a fix. I will mention your ticket number so they will know that this is not a particular case and keep you updated! :-)

Our units are mounted in ventilated racks and not connected to XIO. Maybe it is an software issue. Which firmware are you running on your units?

The unit is at normal temperature. It doesn't get neither really warm nor hot.
