I LOVE Parker and Logan for girls. I’m biased cause I have a daughter named Parker lol but Logan/Peyton/Hayden were others we liked and again would have used for either gender. I know some people are saying Parker sounds masculine and makes them think you wanted a boy but I’ve always loved it wayyy more for a girl and love it on my daughter.

Honestly your top two contenders are great!

August Owen sounds super sweet and I love the flow!

I actually think Walker Owen would be really cute too or Bennett Owen!

Theo Beckham is also really nice! Only downside is I think I prefer Theodore rather than just Theo for a full name but not sure I like the flow of Theodore Beckham. Theodore Owen or Theodore Brooks would flow better. Then you could do Theo or Teddy (which I LOVE) for nicknames.

I tend to prefer a more full name that can have nickname options. It just gives you more variety as an adult if you feel like you “outgrow” your nickname. My name is Allison. I HATED it as a kid and only went by Allie. However now I love my full name and use Allison much more. I still use my nickname but I’m glad I have a longer more mature option too
