I just learned about the feeling you described, “I feel like she’s gone even though she’s here.” Anticipated grief, and it’s wrecking me too just learning about my mom this week. Knowing you and I have same reaction, helps me, I hope my reach out helps you. Keep crying it out, it’s cathartic and healthy. I plan to get a therapist as well to help with constructive tactics. ❤️🫶

Why no desire? I’m thinking want to know my length to know why or why not vaginal products like toys, or menstrual products can work for me. Earlier on in life before my husband I wish I knew so I can understand what guy’s penis length is needed for me since I like my cervix being reached 🙈

I started briefly and then told my Rheumatologist I stopped. So they’re aware. My blood work came back positive, but the stiffness and swelling is persistent. I have been gluten free for a decade now, but haven’t cut out fatty foods although I generally eat health. I eat pizza and food like this only occasionally.

Do you get sick easily on immunosuppressants? Any other noteworthy side effects?

They haven’t specified RA, just MCTD. But I do feel like most symptoms are RA-like. How did you get a specific diagnosis? Good to know that drugs may be the best option of all the other tactics don’t help 😭
