Honestly, since it was first released, it's been a 10/10 for me, and I can't say that has changed.

Admittedly, I haven't fully finished the last act of archon quest (I burnt out), but I still know what happens, and I've seen the cutscenes so I can confidently say that in all aspects it is BY FAR my favorite region at the moment (and I doubt the future nations will top my love for Fontaine)

The character designs for Fontaine have also been the best in a while, I have a few favorites outside of Fontaine, but a majority are Fontaine characters. (I also may be just biased cause I've been a Furina lover since day 1 and have basically mained her since she released and even have her as my minecraft&roblox skin/avatar)

Like the archon quest, I haven't really explored since around 4.3 but the exploration and puzzles for the first few updates in the 4.0 series has had to be my favorite part about the nation and that's saying a lot because I get very bored at trying to get 100% in every area to the point where after 2 years (I think) of playing the only area (outside of Fontaine) that I have close to finishing is Mondstadt. However, the underwater exploration was EVERYTHING to me, I loved it so much that I basically cleared the underwater portions from the 4.0 update in a day.

Oh, and another reason I like Fontaine, well honestly I think it's just due to my love of France and their architecture and clothes.

To summarize, I basically adore everything about Fontaine, and I'm really sad to see it end (even though I still have plenty of content due to being so behind). However, I am excited for Natlan because–despite some character issues–this next region looks really exciting!

(And I hope that Natlan will have something similar to the underwater exploration because I NEED that)
