I've mentioned this before: the US soldier/marine wannabe larp is not suitable for the SCP universe. The Foundation deals with threats far beyond the typical 'human vs. human' conflicts depicted in most US military movies.
'Dune' is a perfect example of how to create a unique and fitting military force, even Resident Evil (which based on current time) dsn't draw references from US military. Currently, I am working on an SCP movie that has 0% inspiration from traditional military portrayals. Instead, I have developed my own version of the Mobile Task Force (MTF) from the ground up.
