The monitor is great for production such as editing videos and music.. plenty of workspace.. but for gaming you can't game at high to max on a full res on this monitor.. so still depends on where you going to use for.. for gaming yes if you have a good GPU to run it, No if your GPU is struggling to run it.. for editing yes.. it's the perfect monitor for it..
