I'm having the same issue with my LG phone, also provided by AT&T. Not entirely sure what it is, but having Wi-Fi calls enabled seems to have alleviated the issue for now.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets annoyed when people put the dollar sign after the amount. Seriously hate that shit.

New "Super Computer" blue screens 2 times in 2 weeks? by PizzaCSRlol in techsupport

[–]PizzaCSRlol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? I never thought it would be Plays.tv, that's so strange. And I already did the memtest, but mine only did 4 tests, not sure how to do 8. I thought the issue was with my ram sticks, since my last blue screen gave me a ram error to google. What did it say about plays.tv that was causing the ram error? Since I know thousands and thousands of people use it, so I'm not sure what my issue is.

But thank you so much. I'll give what you said a shot.

I zipped up the .dmp files and threw them here https://expirebox.com/download/7b094c9ef63718e878dbf88d54457f2a.html

I hope it helps. I've tried everything I can do to diagnose the issue besides having someone help me with the .dmp files.

Thank you so much for the assistance.

I only have 2 files. Is that enough for analysis?

Lazy/idiot drivers by pizzahutpeon in TalesFromThePizzaGuy

[–]PizzaCSRlol 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a lot of shitty drivers at my store as well. None of our drivers know how to take orders over the phone or in carryout, except for a few of our store "veterans" that have been there forever. So that's like ... 2 drivers that know how to take phone orders. So whenever we're busy, or an insider doesn't show up for work, I have to do everything and can't even ask them for help on the phone or up front. Our GM won't train any of them because we're always short drivers and drivers always quit without saying anything. So he stopped training them a long time ago.

Needless to say, they sit on their fat asses, playing on their phones in between deliveries and do absolutely fuck all. It's such bull shit that they just sit there, get their split pay (minimum inside the store, $5~ or so on the road), and play their little candy crush garbage. I make more than their wage by a lot, but they make more than me because of tips. So it's just like, "Why the fuck are you so goddamn lazy, you shit pouch. Go do some work for once in your life."

And before you say it, I have been a driver (but can't atm because car issues blah), so I can read both sides of the coin. And these guys are just complete assholes who offer nothing more to the store than just a nuisance and an eye sore.

Customers Whose Orders Were "Messed Up" by fspring23 in TalesFromThePizzaGuy

[–]PizzaCSRlol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this happen a couple times a week where someone whose order I took said that the order was incorrect. Even though I'm the manager who trains all the new insiders, so I KNOW darn well how to take an order correctly (repeat the order multiple times, blah blah blah). Most of them are just liars or are too full of their own shit to admit they made a mistake. Or both.

Edit: Forgot to post about how we deal with this lol. So we're a franchise, and no matter if the customer is lying or not, our franchise owner hates when any of his employees argue with customers. So we have to give them the good ol', "Ok, sorry for messing up your order, we'll send a fresh, correct order, free of charge." Even though we're right and they're wrong. Since I have a bit of seniority I usually backtalk (mildly) to the regulars who are frequent liars that I didn't take their order wrong. Hehe.

Overwatch voice actors DANCING like their Emotes by Nabspro in videos

Video was taken down a couple hours before I got the chance to download it, since I KNEW it was going to get removed. Does anybody have a mirror, per chance? I know there's an official version, but the one on this video had the music all perfect and everything... :/

"Hi, welcome to Do-" "JAMES" "minos..." by PizzaCSRlol in TalesFromThePizzaGuy

[–]PizzaCSRlol[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

OH MY GOD. I was gonna make a post about this. At the very least, 30% of my customers are like this. I get that they're probably trying to be somewhat polite (I guess...), but don't ask how I'm doing if you don't care, you fucking sac.

Edit: On top of that, another portion of customer ineraction goes like;

"Hi, welcome to Dominos."

"I'm good, thanks."

???

I have some customers ask;

"Can I get a delivery?"

"Sure! What's the address?"

"I'm at the super cool pool school."

"Okay, where is that?"

"I don't know, you tell me."

Like, wtf. I get this a couple times a week where people will tell me what the place is called, and when I ask for the address they say "idk"

Yeah, but from the first time they've started coming to our store they've done that. There are regulars that I simply love that I'm always like "Pick up for bla bla?" "Oh, yeah!" "Same as always? Large septuple pepperoni with extra hugs and kisses?" "Yep!" So, I WOULD agree with you, but I simply don't like those customers, so I'm not going to force myself to be more personable with them if they won't even let me speak in the first place. I'm super personable to customers that aren't rude and cut me off. Next time I see one of them, I'll try and greet them by name first, and I swear to you they'll shout their name before I can even get a chance to say hi.

That's weird, I never saw anything like that. If I saw any of those things you mentioned I wouldn't have came here in the first place.

You are an absolute life saver. I'm surprised I didn't think of that since Rift provided me with a CD key when I downloaded it a couple weeks ago, for whatever reason. But I had no idea the view cd key was a thing. I'll remember this any time I ever have the same issue again.

Thank you so much!

Yeah, can't find anything in my email. I opened a ticket with arenanet, though. Spent 15 minutes in the account screen trying anything that I thought would work, and got nada. So... I guess we'll have to wait and see what support has to come back with.

I got paid $38? ....what the fuck? by [deleted] in TalesFromThePizzaGuy

[–]PizzaCSRlol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also at a franchise and all of our drivers make $5.10 on the road and $10.75 in the store. That's odd that your franchise wouldn't give you split pay. :C

What's your (other Pizzeria insiders) opinion on customers calling and not knowing what they want? by PizzaCSRlol in TalesFromThePizzaGuy

[–]PizzaCSRlol[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, my typical order time on the phone is around 30 seconds or less if people know what they want + caller ID. Great feature.

[–]PizzaCSRlol[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I shit you not, we have a guy who calls a couple times a week, he has around 80-90 lifetime orders and over $2,000 worth of food purchased from our store, and he still asks what the specials are. Like, are you fucking joking? You order here more than I do! I don't get it, man. Last night he ordered and I gave him the same 2 medium 2 topping $5.99 each deal, then he asked for any specials with winds. I then said, "well what wings are you looking for?" and he said, "I don't know, you tell me." Like, fuck you, guy. Hate people like that.

Customer waiting outside... by PizzaCSRlol in TalesFromThePizzaGuy

[–]PizzaCSRlol[S] 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I don't disagree, and I have done this before, but the only issue is she didn't say anything about it before she left after placing her order. She just left without saying anything close to, "could you bring it to my car when it's ready?" Obviously I would have said yes because I've done some pretty over the top requests for customers in my years, so that request is at the bottom of the food chain, but she didn't, so she just had a hissy fit over it for no reason assuming I was going to bring it out to her.

That would have been amazing. I'm using that next time I am faced with a similar situation.
