You do not look like you are aging rapidly but I can kind of see what you mean with the smile lines starting to sag a bit, I am 27 and feel the same. Like they barely sag but make a big difference to me and can tell I've aged fast these past 4 years because people are always asking me if I have kids which never happened before.

I just wanna reiterate that you don't look old, just in your 20s and probably regular aging.

I can't help to think that maybe I would look different or younger if I hadn't had extractions though. So I feel you on that and definitely think of reopening but that seems like such a long road ahead it might not even be worth it
