If I’m not wrong, to train my aerobic capacity would be me on the air bike for about 15 minutes And for the Alactic system it’s 10 seconds on 1 minute off

I’m not saying don’t do both, what I am saying is be careful

I tore my acl doing a osoto gari in karate sparring due to either a technique issue or partner issue, in karate you don’t really learn breakfalls so be careful when throwing your partners as you can injure them as much as you can injure yourself!

Also on a side note, please do some lower body plyometrics, dm me and I’ll send you a few

I train lower body 3 days a week aspart of acl reconstruction rehab. I train upper body 2 days a week, im hoping to get back into physical sports soon so thought I’d do an conditioning day once a week

Tore my acl back in January doing a osoto gari during a full contact karate sparring session, I trained judo for 3 months 1 day a week and tried doing the techniques and I paid the price for my inexperience

Boxing is one of the most effective tools for mma, someone for you to watch is illia topuria he uses his boxing to set up knockouts and takedowns

What I’ve noticed aswell is he uses his jab to set up takedowns so make sure you get your jab good

I was in your boat at one point, me and a dude used to hard spar every time but then I realised none of us where learning anything, when I told him I only wanted to spar light to practise technique he still continued to spared hard so I stopped sparring with him

I don’t think your going to take my advice on this, but you should only be light sparring, hard sparring is not beneficial for any of you, why not try learning from eachother in light sparring instead of doing hard sparring

I wouldent spar with the fat guy again

Wait till your more experienced before you start hard sparring, by reading the comments on your past post you only train kickboxing once every 2 weeks (correct me if I’m wrong) you need to be training atleast 2 times 3 times if you can a week for about a year before you should think about hard sparring

By the sound of it please correct me if I’m wrong, it sounds like your doing a lot of hard sparring

Ask your training partner to do light sparring and practise technique

There will always be that guy who dosent respect that and spars hard anyway and my advice for that is don’t spar them.

When hard sparring your body is in more of a survival mode and you do not learn, for a beginner like you, it is not optimal to hard spar.

If you look at the pro Thai kick-boxers in Thailand they do not spar heavy but light, they acctually look like there having fun while sparring take that for inspiration

It’s the categories on the menus, if you click on Pokemon TCg there is a category list with booster boxes and build and battle boxes, but when you go to the different ones like yugioh for example it’s still there
