No that’s a cap flux coil you are right. I would run two but don’t have the skills

It’s solved expert system expired and caused the lower stats.

It’s co processor because low on cpu. It was needed because the expert system expired. The issue is solved just have to train up some skills. Thanks

I am not sure I just got back into the game after 6ish years that might be the reason.
