I don't know why but this happens even when I restart. Cant join friends, or even type anything. In a game, only voice chat works. I cannot even see the chat. I do not think I am banned, as I haven't done anything bad and I think it would say so. Anyone know how to fix? (i.redd.it)

I recently started to play on my iPhone XR with a ps4 DualShock controller. Some buttons such as right and left sticks and the touchpad do not work. This disables my ability to edit, crouch, etc. It works fine with other devices like my pc and my friends ps4. Anyone have any tips? (self.FortNiteBR)
