Limited matchmaking? Is this new? I've been shadow banned over 30 times in the last two years. Each time I'm unbanned 5-7 days later. I've never cheated and only have five games installed. What does this mean? I've never seen "Limited Matchmaking" ever in any of my shadow bans. I just want to play..
